This project involved a joint venture investment in the development of a Holiday Inn Express hotel located in Toronto Airport South. The engagement began in 2018 with concept planning and pre-development, including site evaluation, market feasibility analysis, brand alignment, and preliminary design coordination.
Over the pre-development period, the project advanced through zoning, approvals, detailed architectural and engineering design, and financing structuring. Groundbreaking was achieved in 2020, followed by a full construction phase executed in coordination with contractors, consultants, and brand requirements. The hotel was successfully completed in 2022, delivering a high-quality, brand-compliant asset.
