The engagement included sourcing the opportunity, conducting due diligence, financial review, and coordinating all parties through to a successful closing.

Located in Brantford—one of Southwestern Ontario’s growing regional hubs with strong industrial, logistics, and institutional demand—the hotel benefits from consistent corporate and group business, as well as proximity to Highway 403 and key urban centers such as Hamilton and the Greater Toronto Area. The asset, operating under the Best Western Hotels & Resorts brand, offered stable cash flow and conference facilities that support diversified revenue streams. The transaction was successfully completed, aligning with the investor’s strategy to acquire well-positioned, income-generating hospitality assets in secondary markets.
