Anthony Jia is a hotel broker and advisor specializing in portfolio hotel transactions, private investor acquisitions and dispositions, and owner-operator hospitality assets. He provides strategic advisory services to private clients, family offices, and real estate investors, including portfolio positioning, transaction structuring, valuation analysis, and off-market deal sourcing within the hotel sector.
He is also an experienced hospitality professional specializing in full-service and select-service hotel development, management, and investment across Canada and the United States. He leverages deep investment and market expertise to identify high-potential opportunities in both primary and secondary markets, while carefully assessing and mitigating risks that may impact long-term asset performance and returns.
Anthony is a proven leader in hotel operations management, with a strong track record of organizing and optimizing property-level performance. He consistently drives operational efficiency, brand compliance, and revenue growth, helping owners and investors maximize value across their hospitality assets
With over 30 years of experience, Anthony serves as a Hotel Executive Partner and has led numerous hotel development and operational initiatives. His career includes senior roles with reputable organizations and properties in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond, including Sheraton Centre Toronto, Easton Hotel Group, Concord Hospitality, and other established firms.
Anthony’s experience is global in scope. He spent several years at The St. Regis New York, a flagship luxury property under Marriott International, and played a key role in opening and converting landmark hotels in Beijing, including The St. Regis Beijing and the InterContinental Beijing Financial Street.
Throughout his career, Anthony has been a key partner in multiple hotel developments, land acquisitions, and investment transactions across Canada and Unites States, with a combined value exceeding $500 million.
Driven by a passion for hospitality, Anthony is committed to working closely with hotel owners and investors across Canada and internationally to achieve their strategic investment goals. He holds a U.S. real estate license and operates out of New York, further supporting cross-border investment opportunities.
Anthony provides end-to-end advisory services, guiding clients through the entire lifecycle—from acquisition and due diligence to ownership transition, as well as every phase of new hotel development projects.
He is also highly active within the Chinese hotel and business community, advocating for strong teams, collaboration, and expertise as the foundation of success. In recognition of his contributions, Anthony has been honored with the Canadian Chinese Professional Award of the Year.
