PRIME HOTELS  Development., PHD developed & involved a phased budgeting and approval process with close coordination between the Owner, the City, Marriott International and the entire PRIME HOTELS Development Design/Build Team. PRIME HOTELS achieved site plan approval and Marriott Brand approval within 6 weeks while evaluating costs for 2 potential hotel plan options to either pursue strict accordance with Marriott prototype plans or deviate from prototype per the Owner’s preferred program.

PRIME HOTELS Development., PHD effectively multi-tasked the programming, design development, site development and pre-construction services to meet initial project schedule.

The new proposed Fairfield Inn by Marriott hotel is located east of Toronto. This location offers guests easy access to expressways while providing the peace of mind and high quality amenities one would expect from a premiere hotel. The 5-story structure consists of approximately 50,000 square feet with proposed approximately 80 rooms, a meeting room, board room and indoor swimming pool.

Once opened, Hampton Inn by Hilton will provide an estimated 30 new jobs to the area.

The 7-storey, 122-unit hotel will be located north of Toronto Ontario. Hampton Inn by Hilton will offer amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour business centre, an indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Apart from its unparalleled service, the hotel will provide daily free On the House® hot breakfast and Hampton’s On the Run™ Breakfast Bags, available Monday through Friday. It will also feature Hampton’s Perfect Mix Lobby, designed as an extension of the guestroom with a variety of seating and lighting options plus an onsite Treats Shop.

Each guestroom will be equipped with the brand’s signature Clean and fresh Hampton Bed®, 42” LG LED TV, refrigerator, microwave and pod coffee brewer. Deluxe studio suites will also available, offering kitchenettes, additional space and a comfortable sleeper sofa.

The hotel will additionally feature contemporary meeting facilities for up to 150 guests including fine finishes and ample natural light.

Featuring a contemporized exterior design, refreshed public space décor and updated guestroom case goods, the new prototype provides owners and developers with a flexible building model that embraces emerging guest preferences, improved functionality and design efficiency.
The new prototype builds on Hampton’s existing model, positioning the brand for continued success and category leadership. In addition, the new prototype will help continue to drive Hampton’s strategic growth plans as the brand looks to increase its portfolio of 2,345 open hotels and pipeline of more than 610 properties globally.
